    Our dispatch team operates between business hours Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

    Australian Orders

    • Free standard shipping over $300
    • Orders under $300 = $10 shipping
    • Standard Delivery is 3-7 business days and is shipped using Australia Post eParcel. Please use this option when shipping to PO Box or Parcel Locker.
    • Express Delivery is 2 - 4 business days and shipped using Australia Post Express. Shipped the same day if ordered before 12pm on weekdays.
    • Free express shipping over $400.
    • Express shipping under $400 = $15.00

    Please be aware that there may be a 2 - 3 day dispatch delay during holiday and promotional periods.

    Berthi wants to empower women to look and feel their best in motherhood.  Therefore, if you aren’t satisfied with your order we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note for return requests made within 10 Days of the order being delivered. Subject to the following requirements:

    Please note - this return policy applies to all orders once placed, and is compliant with both State and Commonwealth Australian law. 

    • The return request must be made within 10 Days of the order being delivered.
    • Items purchased on sale or using a discount code (including any sale promotional code or flash sale code) are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale or discount code purchases. The only exclusion to this is first time purchases using the 15% off welcome code who are eligible for a full refund, subject to this Returns Policy.
    • The garments must be returned in saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
    • ALL items should be returned with their original packaging received with the original order.

    Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights.

    LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

    If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order at customercare@berthi.com

    Please ensure your return is valid, by reviewing our return policy above, before proceeding.

    Please contact Berthi customer service (customerservice@berthi.com) within 10 Days of receiving your order and include your name, order number, item/s to be returned, and reason for return (please check that your order is eligible - via our 'Returns Policy' above).

     A customer service representative will contact you within 2 business days to provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number (if eligible).  All returns must clearly note the RA number, or may not be processed. Return items must be sent via registered post or by other such means or carrier of your choice, which provides proof of posting and delivery. Berthi will not be liable for items lost in transit.

    Please note: return shipping costs for change of mind or incorrect fit are not covered by Berthi, and will not be included in your refund.  In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, Berthi will happily cover the return shipping cost. We hope to be able to offer free return shipping in the future.  

    Berthi will review the return and if eligible (meets the return policy per category requirements below), your refund or exchange will be processed.

    Please allow up to 2 business days for refunds to be processed, once processed it may take an additional 3-5 business days for a refund to hit your account pending your payment method / financial institution.

    Berthi reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

    Exchanges are subject to item availability. We cannot guarantee item availability, but will do our best to secure the exchange item and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. 

    The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Berthi, but will not be required to cover shipping costs of the new item.

    Refunds will be processed via original payment method only (unless store credit is requested) and all refunds are processed in the original currency of the order ($AUD). Any conversion loss will not be covered within the refund process.

    Berthi does not refund shipping or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes (these are not included in our prices).


    We will not process refunds for returns that are lost or damaged via return delivery.

    If you have received items as a gift and wish to make an exchange, you may return items to receive a gift card of the same value. To organise a gift return, please contact our Customer Care team from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday via email customercare@berthi.com

    Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the original purchase date. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
